Please read carefully before making any purchase.

Upon a successful purchase:
[1] For online orders involving a download, you will be taken firstly to the payment page and then to the download page so that you can download your order. All purchases will be acknowledged by us by email.
[2] Physical product orders will be despatched within 24/48 hours.
[2] Receipt of funds (if paying by UK PO or cheque) will be acknowledged on receipt.
[3] An email will also be sent when goods are being despatched to you.

UK Shipping:
The aim is to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hrs (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) of payment being received/cleared. Personal cheques can take 7-10 working days to clear the bank before orders are dispatched. Collection is fine by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange details.

Special Delivery or Insurance is NOT always applicable unless stated in the postage details. If you require insurance and it is not included - this must be paid for in advance before the goods are despatched.

Delivery:
An email is sent advising when the goods are to be despatched. If the goods are returned to us as undeliverable or not collected, then another delivery charge will apply in order to re-send the goods. Returning goods to us by this method will not receive a refund.

Non UK Shipping:
Details will be included with the payment requirements for the appropriate product. If it is not mentioned - please contact us for postal/carriage rates before buying.

Payment Details:
®Paypal or WorldPay as appropriate in our cart is our preferred payment method. Personal Cheques/Postal Orders to be crossed and made payable to Mirade Studios please. Worldpay is available for certain purchases only and this will be indicated as appropriate. In the main this will be for DVD's and some online clips.

Download products are priced in $US. Payments via the online gateways will convert into other currencis for you. Cheques drawn on non-UK banks are not acceptable. Please use ®Paypal where-ever possible if you are purchasing from overseas.

Cash is to be sent ENTIRELY at your own risk. Use the appropriate postal service level providing insurance if sending cash.

Ebay and PayPal Purchases:
If purchasing via an Ebay promoted item, auction or buy now, please note we do not accept orders from anyone with a feedback rating of less than 10, or if over 10, with less than 95% positive. Likewise with PayPal purchases, anyone with an unconfirmed address or a PO Box address will need to contact us to make alternative arrangements for payment.

Guarantees:
Any Manufacturers Guarantee, if applicable, will be included in the item description.

Guarantee & Returns:
Other than second-hand auction items, under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of the receipt of goods. However, this cooling off period and right to cancel does not apply where audio or video recordings have been opened by the customer. (Distance Selling Regulations - More Info). Electronic media and the like are NOT covered by any refund guarantee once the wrapping seal has been broken, unless the goods are faulty in any way. Please contact us first for a returns number. Goods returned WITHOUT a returns number will not be refunded.

A replacement or refund, at our discretion, will ONLY be provided if goods are damaged or faulty on arrival. All goods where appropriate are checked before despatch, so they should arrive in a working condition. Please check your purchase immediately upon delivery. Any and all claims must be received as soon as they are known, particularly if the item has been damaged in the postal system, as a claim will have to be made.

In this case the original packaging MUST be retained in case an inspection is required. In any event, we must be informed at the latest within 5 days from receipt of goods.

Any refund or exchange will only be made after the original item has been returned, and received. The cost of return and postal insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Any refund considered will be for the cost of the item only, excluding any actual or original handling and shipping costs. Where postage has been INCLUDED in the price and is not classified as FREE, the actual postage cost (no package cost) will be deducted. Please retain the packing for your reference.

Download products will have their own guarantee and terms over and above those here, and they will be clearly stated on the appropriate advisory website, which should be viewed before making any purchase.

Any information you provide us will never be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.
